OUR PARTNER VETTING METHOD
How a brand becomes a Cosplay Drop partner.
Every cosplay partner brand on Cosplay Drop is vetted page-by-page against its official site before any piece lands in our catalog. We check sizing reality (against the partner's own measurement charts), materials (PU leather, latex, polyester twill — each declared explicitly), illustrator credits where applicable, and partner-stated shipping windows. A brand that does not pass the vetting does not become a partner — no exceptions, even when the editorial fit looks tempting on paper.
The current depth is on the Korura Club partner page — our founding partner, indie Chinese label based in Shenzhen, dark-femme PU leather signature, illustrator collabs (NANA, Alec, villainess.exe), XS-3XL sizing across 100 % of references. - How do you select Cosplay Drop partner brands?

We vet every partner brand page-by-page against its official site before adding it to the catalog: sizing reality, materials, partner-stated shipping windows, illustrator credits where applicable. The bar is editorial fit (dark-femme positioning, indie creative practice), supply credibility (real workshops, no drop-shipped marketplace listings), and partner transparency (clear returns, clear lead times). A brand can be a great brand on its own and still not be a Cosplay Drop partner — the vetting is for our specific catalog focus.
- Why so few partner brands at launch?

Cosplay Drop launches with a single curated founding partner — Korura Club — and ships additional partners only once each one has passed the same page-by-page vetting. We prefer one partner whose catalog we know cold over five partners whose pieces we've never opened. New partners are onboarded across the year as the editorial fit and the supply credibility check land together. The current depth is on the Korura Club partner page.
- Can a cosplay brand become a Cosplay Drop partner?

Yes. Brands that want to apply can email partnerships@cosplaydrop.com with a catalog link, sizing range, materials breakdown, shipping policy, and (if applicable) illustrator collab credits. We reply within 7 business days. Acceptance is editorial — the brand has to fit the catalog's dark-femme + indie + inclusive-sizing positioning, and the brand's pages have to pass our page-by-page vetting checklist before any onboarding starts.
