How do Cosplay Drop drops work?
A Cosplay Drop drop is an editorial selection built around a single mood and a partner cohort. The founding Sakura SS26 drop (May 2026) gathers 15 Korura Club pieces around cherry blossoms. Every piece added is vetted against the partner's official page — sizing reality, materials, shipping windows, return policy — before publication, rather than an unverifiable in-house test. No fixed monthly cadence at v1.5: drops ship when a partner brings a coherent selection, not according to a hard calendar.
How do I find out a drop is live?
Three channels. (1) Our newsletter, sent 48 hours before each drop with an exclusive preview and a −15% promo code at the relevant partners. (2) Our Instagram @cosplaydrop with daily stories through drop week. (3) This /new page itself, updated each time a new drop lands. The newsletter stays the most reliable channel — no algorithm dependency.
Does a piece stay available after the drop?
Most do — drop pieces keep showing up in the universe collections (anime, gaming, comics, fantasy, accessories) after the 30-day editorial spotlight on /new. Only pieces tagged "LIMITED EDITION" or "EXCLUSIVE" are pulled once partner stock runs out. The grid on this page lists everything tagged NEW in the current selection, plus pieces added in the last 30 days.
How is drop cadence decided?
By partner readiness, not a fixed editorial calendar. A drop ships when a partner brings a coherent selection (3 to 5 pieces minimum on a single mood) that survives our vetting pass — official partner page vs. real product. As new partners are onboarded (see /partners), frequency will naturally grow. Near-term, the next drop is aligned on the in-progress partner onboarding and on the Halloween window (August 2026) planned for the EN+FR seasonal hub.

Yes in 90% of cases. Only pieces tagged "LIMITED EDITION" or "EXCLUSIVE" are pulled once the partner stock runs out (usually 200–300 units per reference). Everything else stays in the universe collections (anime, gaming, comics, fantasy, accessories) as long as the partner produces it. Check the product page for live stock status.
